Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Sterling Ford, Stanhope House, 4-8 Highgate High Street, on 5th June 2001, at 10 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of the Members is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. D. P.
