In the Cardiff County Court  No. 246 of 1992 FRANCIS HAVARD EVANS Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of Francis Havard Evans. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 11th May 2001, being the last date for proving, to submit their claim to me. The Dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from 11th May 2001. Any Creditor who has not lodged a claim by the last date for proving, will not be entitled to participate in the Dividend distribution.
