Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gregory Michaels & Co., 6 Southwick Mews, London W2 1JG, on 11th May 2001, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
