At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at Tay Houses, 55 Call Lane, Leeds LS1 7BT, on 5th April 2001, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that Edward Christopher Wetton, of the firm of Gibson Booth, 12 Victoria Road, Barnsley S70 2BB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Companies for the purposes of the voluntary windings-up.” S.
