Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford SG14 1HH, on 14th May 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
