Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, 33 George Street, Wakefield WF1 1LX, on 18th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s act and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meeting: “That the Liquidator’s final receipts of payments account be agreed, that the Liquidator be released from all duties, and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.” M.
