Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 80-83 Long Lane, London EC1A 9RL, on 10th May 2001, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before it, an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and fixing the Liquidator’s remuneration. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
