Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 19 Church Lane, West Tytherley, Salisbury, Wiltshire, on 14th May, at 10.15 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by an Annual Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of receiving from the Liquidator a report as to how the winding-up has been conducted, an explanation of any matters raised at the Meeting and voting on any Resolutions proposed.
