At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Aycliffe Industrial Park, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham DL5 6AW, on 28th March 2001, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Malcolm Walker, of BKR Haines Watts, First Floor, Park House, Park Square West, Leeds LS1 2PS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” J.
