In the High Court of Justice Companies Court.  No. 1866 of 2001 In the Matter of ALLAN DESMOND GRIFFITH AND ELUNED DAVIES and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Allan Desmond Griffith and Eluned Davies, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Tyn Coed, Llangaffo, Isle of Anglesey LL60 6HS, presented on 16th March 2001 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Shrewsbury VAT Office, New Mayfield House, Holsworth Park, Oxon Business Park, Bicton Heath, Shrewsbury SY3 5HJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 25th April 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 24th April 2001.
