Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at BDO Stoy Hayward, Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1JB, on 30th April 2001, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. A. White, Liquidator 29th March 2001.
