On 30th March 2001, the Shareholders of the above-named Company passed a Resolution to place the Company into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. J. C. Wade-Duffee, of JWD Associates, 1 Grange Farm Business Park, Sandy Lane, Shedfield, Southampton SO32 2HD, was appointed Liquidator by the Shareholders. The Liquidator gives notice, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Company must send details in writing of any claim against the Company at the above address by 25th May 2001, which is the last date for proving claims. The Liquidator gives notice that after this date she will make a final distribution to Creditors and that a Creditor who does not make a claim by the date mentioned above will not be included in the distribution.
