Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held for the purposes of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. These Meetings will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Tuesday, 22nd May 2001, at 10.10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively. S.
