In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 1125 of 2001 In the Matter of AARON COMPUTING LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 1st Floor, Chichester House, 45 Chichester Road, Southend, Essex SS1 2JU, presented on 6th March 2001 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Halifax VAT Office, Unit OP 140, Dean Clough Industrial Park, Halifax HX3 5AX, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 1BG, on 26th April 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 25th April 2001.
