Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Hacker Young & Partners, 4th Floor, St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH, on 4th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11.00 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of having laid before it an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and authorising the destruction of the Company’s books and records, including the Liquidation papers three months after the date of the Final Meeting. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
