In the Bristol District Registry.  No. 2C of 2001 EDWARDS SPORTS HOUSE PLCNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at The Quality Friendly Hotel, Junction 32 of the M4, Tongwynlais, Cardiff, on Monday, 9th April 2001, at 10 a.m., to consider my proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee pursuant to section 26 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me at BN Jackson Norton, 4th Floor, Dominions House North, Dominions Arcade, Queen Street, Cardiff CF10 2AR, by the date of the Meeting, if you cannot attend the Meeting and wish to be represented.
