In the Northampton County Court  No. 12 of 2001 In the Matter of FORMULA FORWARDING (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Formula Forwarding, a Partnership, whose place of business is Slapton Hill Farm, Slapton, Towcester, Northamptonshire NN12 8QD, presented on 7th March 2001 by Transfleet Truck Rentals Limited, whose registered office is Lex House, 17 Connaught Place, London W2 2EL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Northampton County Court at 85-87 Lady’s Lane, Northampton NN1 3HQ, on Thursday, 17th May 2001 at 10.40 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 16th May 2001.
