In the Chesterfield County Court.  No. 2 of 2001 In the Matter of BERTRAM & ILLINGWORTH (JOINERY) LTD and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 2A, Callywhite Industrial Estate, Callywhite Lane, Dronfield S18 2XR, presented on 7th March 2001 by Brian David Elliot, c/o Taylor & Emmet Solicitors, 62-64 Wilkinson Street, Sheffield S10 2GJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Chesterfield County Court, at St. Mary’s Gate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S41 7TD, on 9th May 2001, at 11.45 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
