Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of Hazlewood Design & Contract Limited will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, 92 Micklegate, York YO1 6JX, on 4th June 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
