Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, on 11th May 2001, at 10 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidators’ and to pass Resolutions as to the release of the Liquidators and as to the disposal of books, accounts and documents of the Company.
