A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s final report; and agreeing the Liquidator be granted his release from office in this matter. The Meeting will be held at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, on 11th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. A form of proxy which must be lodged with me, not later than 12 noon, on 10th May 2001, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
