Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the General Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie, 3-4 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, on 8th May 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings for the duration of the Liquidation, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company and may be the Chairman of the Meeting. A form of proxy must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on 4th May 2001. Resolutions to be put to the Meeting are (1) Approval of the Liquidator’s account and report. (2) That the books and records of the Company be destroyed 12 months after its dissolution. M. P.
