Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, Victoria Chambers, Crown Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd LL55 1SY, on 9th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A Proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. P. M.
