KZN MEDIA LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Wallace and Partners, One Portland Place, London W1N 3AA, on Tuesday, 1st May 2001, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on 27th April 2001 and 30th April 2001. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, no later than 12 noon on 30th April 2001. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies.
