Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Stonham.Co, 17-19 Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1BY, on 4th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed by 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 17-19 Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1BY, no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day. The following Resolutions will be proposed at the Meetings: 1. That the Liquidator‘s Proposed Final Receipts and Payments account be adopted. 2. That the Liquidator be authorised to conclude the winding-up of the Liquidation forthwith. 3. That the Liquidator be authorised to destroy the books and records of the Company fifteen months after the date of the Final Meeting.
