Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Solomon Hare, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB, on 2nd May 2001, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account laid before the Meetings, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any persons entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged not later than 12 noon on the day prior to the Meeting at Solomon Hare, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9HB. J. W.
