Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Comms Direct Limited will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on 14th May 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and of receiving a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings may be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address no later than midday on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting. P. G.
