Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up; and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Tankersley, Barnsley, S75 3DP, on 3rd May 2001, at 10 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Tankersley, Barnsley, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meeting.
