Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company, to be followed by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield B73 5TR, on Tuesday, 24th April 2001, at 11.45 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. , Liquidator 20th March 2001.
