SPEEDPLAN LIMITED

(t/a Casa Pepe) Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of Speedplan Limited, trading as Casa Pepe, will be held at Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA, on 15th May 2001, at 10.15 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. on the same day by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give an explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA, no later than 12 noon, on the working day immediately before the Meetings. K.
