At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, on Thursday, 29th March 2001, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that E. Mary Grove, of E Mary Grove and Company, White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” Managing Director
