At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of the Company on 26th March 2001, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that the Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up be Gerald A. F. Coward, of 16 Croftdown Road, Harborne, Birmingham.” T. Murphy, Chairman
