Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Arthur Andersen, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on 10th April 2001, at 10.30 a.m. and 2nd May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. respectively to receive accounts showing how the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and their property disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and, at the Final Meeting, to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Companies. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such a proxy need not also be a Member. A Proxy Form must be lodged at 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, not later than 4.00 p.m. on 9th April 2001, for the Annual Meeting and not later than 4.00 p.m. on 1st May 2001, for the Final Meeting.
