Meetings of Creditors

In the Liverpool High Court  No. 1083 of 2001 NECP (COMPUTERS) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3BP, on 12 April 2001, at 2.30 p.m., to consider my proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee pursuant to section 26 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me at Begbies Traynor, Elliot House, 151 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3BP, by the date of the Meeting, if you cannot attend the Meeting and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting you must give to me, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of your claim. G.
