MARK PRITCHARD MOTORS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8XL, on 12th April 2001, at 3 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and of convening the Meeting. The Meeting may also be called upon to approve the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
