In the Sheffield County Court  No. 5 of 2001 In the Matter of ADELPHI NIGHTCLUB and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, of Vicarage Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield, presented on 5th January 2001 by Stephen R. Penn, of Chatsworth and Co., Norley House, PO Box 615, Doncaster DN4 0YE, as Supervisor of Adelphi Nightclub (in a Parnership Voluntary Arrangement), will be heard at the Sheffield Combined Court Centre, The Law Courts, 50 West Bar, Sheffield S3 8PH, on Friday, 27th April 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 26th April 2001.
