At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Connaught House, Alexandra Terrace, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DA on the 22nd March 2001, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and D. B. Coakley and M. P. Riley of BDO Stoy Hayward, Connaught House, Alexandra Terrace, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.” W.
