Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Buchanans plc, Latimer House, 5 Cumberland Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2BH, on 19th April 2001, at 3.30 p.m. and 3.45 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
