A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of approving/rejecting the accounts as presented to the Meeting, the release of the Liquidator, and the destruction of the books and records of the Company 12 months after the dissolution of the Company. The Meeting will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB, on 2nd May 2001, at 11 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me, not later than 1st May 2001, to entitle you to vote at the Meeting.
