Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and of the Creditors, of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, No. 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, on Friday, 4th May 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been concluded and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
