In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 392 of 2001 In the Matter of CROWN VENEERING and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership, of Unit 4 a, Towcester Road, Bow, London E3 3ND, presented on 22nd January 2001 by HM Customs and Excise, of Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 11th April 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 10th April 2001.
