Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, on Wednesday, 28th February 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing how the windings-up have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
