THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

RE: THE TRUSTEES OF THE ENGLAND HUGHES BELL & CO LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”) ESTABLISHED BY A DEED DATED 23rd OCTOBER 1959

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or interest in the Scheme which is subject to the trusts of the deed referred to above is hereby required to send written particulars of his or her claim or interest to the address given below on or before 26th March 2001. After that date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Trustees shall then have had notice. Anyone who has already made a claim and received response in relation to winding-up the Scheme need not re-apply to the Trustees. Persons who have changed their address since receiving their last communication from the Trustees of the Scheme should reply with details of their new address. Please reply to the Trustees of the England Hughes Bell & Co. Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o Hunting Pension Trust Limited, Suffolk House, College Road, Croydon CR9 1AY, giving your name, date of birth and National Insurance number, if known. 26th January 2001.
