Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Barringtons, Richmond House, 570-572 Etruria Road, Basford, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on 27th February 2001, at 10 a.m., followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before it an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and to approve the Liquidator’s release from office. A member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
