Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of Royal Exchange Trust Company Limited, in its capacity as former Trustee of Hanover Property Unit Trust, held in respect of its position as the Limited Partner in The Fountains Walk Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership, registered in England with No. LP5168, was assigned by a Deed of Assignment dated 22nd January 2001, to Teesmac Limited, whose registered office is at Europa House, 20 Esplanade, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO11 2AQ, in its capacity as the new Limited Partner of The Fountains Walk Limited Partnership.
