Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Arkin & Co., 23 Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP, on Tuesday, 20th February 2001, at 1 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
