Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that, Annual Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, on 26 February 2001 at 3.00 p.m. and 3.15 p.m. respectively, to be followed by Final Meetings of Members and Creditors at 3.30 p.m. and 3.45 p.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
