(formerly McKenzie Trans-Cargo) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 3rd Floor, 70-74 City Road, London EC1Y 2BJ, on 2nd March 2001, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
