In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 6758 of 2000 In the Matter of BOSS AIR (a partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1985 A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 130 Marcot Road, Solihull, West Midlands, presented on 2nd November 2000 by HM Customs and Excise Northampton, of Princess House, Cliftonville Road, Northampton NN1 5AE, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Companies Court, the Royal Courts of Justice, the Strand, London, on 7th February 2001, at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th February 2001.
