Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Contributaries and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9AT, on 27th February 2001, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings and showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Resolutions in respect of the Liquidator’s remuneration will also be proposed. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9AT, no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings. T. A.
